The Daily Mile

I was over on the Commute by Bike site, and learned that a new social media website has been launched called The Daily Mile. “Social training for runners, triathletes, and cyclists”, it allows you to track your miles, share your experiences, interact with other riders, and find events in your area.

I added a Daily Mile widget to the sidebar on the blog (scroll down). I thought I’d experiment with keeping a log of my daily miles, and see how they add up over time. I don’t usually keep track of these things, but this site makes it pretty easy, and even sort of fun. I’ll add commentary and trail notes from the daily lunch rides as well.

If you decide to create an account on The Daily Mile, come join the Carson City Group! We are now two strong, and growing.
